We love’d this place (and Samurai Steve). The modern mixed with traditional decor was just what we were looking for. The apartment is very clean and has some great amenities like the washer/dryer and the spa tub. Checking in was simple and easy. We did think the location would be a bit closer to the Gion area but still only about a 20 minute walk away. I definately recommend staying here if in the Kyoto area.
