The reception is well arranged. Although it is not at the location itself, it is very near and the reception is very clear and friendly.
The house itself is very nice and clean. The atmosphere is great, you really feel like your in a traditional Japanese house. Please be aware that you can hit your head a lot (especially tall Dutch guys ;), but we already got used to that in other Japanese residences. All in all it was a great and comfortable stay and I would recommend this to anyone who travels to Kyoto
