Staying at Patrick and Akiko’s Samurai Machiya has been a fantastic experience. Their home is incredibly clean and neat, and has all the amenities and necessities you might need or want during your stay. It is very quiet, and their Machiya feels like a real Samurai Machiya- perfect for a visit to historic Kyoto! We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Kyoto, hopefully very soon!
